Blue Elephant Beverage Co. was established in Harcourt, the heart of Central Victoria's premier apple growing district by Scott Harrington in 2013 with the purchase of a mature apple orchard that has a history of production dating back to the gold rush of the 1850's.
With over 20 year's experience in the Wine Industry as a Viticultralist and Vigneron conducting roles in Central Victoria, Yarra Valley and the Hunter Valley; Scott has realised a passion to establish a boutique beverage brand and produce his own range of artisan Ciders and Wines.
Our philosphy is simply to grow and source premium fruit from the orchards and vineyards in the tranquil slopes of Mount Alexander surrounding the village of Harcourt to express the essence of the region through our Cider and Wines.
